My studio is the most relaxing place I know. It is completely stress free and gives me the ability to turn a clump of clay into something unique, beautiful “in the eyes of the beholder” and a functional piece of art to complement your home or lifestyle.

How It Began

My studio has grown with my skills. My husband first gave me as a Christmas gift, lessons at the River Arts Clay Studio in Chestertown. The following Christmas he gave me a banding wheel. I use it almost every day! Do you see the pattern developing? My third Christmas as a potter, he gave me a throwing wheel!!!

And It Continues

On the fourth Christmas we ordered my kiln. That was 2019. Then the pandemic hit with the shutdown of everything including the River Arts Clay Studio in Chestertown. Fortunately, my kiln was delivered the week the Clay Studio in Chestertown closed.

What Next
